Sunday morning, and I’m tired. I know there are others who are tired as well.
Yesterday’s concert has come and almost gone (still come minor cleanup to do) and man, did the body of Christ at Gateway come through. Everyone stepped up and did what they were called to do and kept great attitudes through it all. Jennifer has some wonderful pictures up on her blog, and we will have more on the church’s website soon.
- We made some new contacts through the skateboard competition.
- The message of Christ was preached through freestyle skate and loud music. Brilliant!
- Gateway proved it could put on a great event.
The only flaw was the number of people. There were many that were around, but it could be bigger and better the next time.
Numbers matter, because numbers are people, and people matter.
Today, we push through the tired to meet with our awesome King. HE is the reason that we do what we do.
